Flaunt it

Chesterfield hasn’t exactly been on the top of the list for gay nights out over the last few years, despite hosting one of the longest running nights every Wednesday night, but things are afoot! One of the most fun, outrageous and camp nights to hit the region in years is getting bigger and better… and is in Chesterfield!

Flaunt launched in August, promising the best in live cabaret and some of the best music from the best DJs. Three months on and it has delivered - and then some! Balloon drops, big prize giveaways, top DJs and some of the best drag cabaret around have all become part and parcel of what is fast becoming one of the best monthly club nights on the scene!

Run by a Chesterfield lad who has become one of Manchester gay village’s top DJs, and hosted by another Chesterfield lad who became Manchester’s Queen of Pride, Flaunt delivers full-on fun and frolics every first Monday of the month at Livingstone’s in Chesterfield.

It’s already hosted some of the best live cabaret. Manchester’s Trouble launched the whole affair followed by Yorkshire’s very own Adrian James. And then - quite a coup! - the infamous trio The Vice Girls completed their 2007 World Tour at Flaunt in October.
